Amy brings extensive experience and knowledge of the foodservice industry to s3h. She truly is a powerhouse we are thrilled to have on the team, on the volleyball court and on the slopes, snowboarding of course.
Originally from Wichita, Amy attended Wichita State University’s Entrepreneurship Program and worked full time as the Hyatt Regency’s Restaurant Supervisor for three years. She then went to Kansas City and worked for QualServ. There, she served as Project Manager for Applebee’s, Steak N Shake, McAllister’s Deli and Chipotle for four years. Upon moving to Colorado, Amy found herself working with Chipotle again. Before joining the s3h team, she was the Capital Purchasing Manager for Red Robin.

Nic White - Customer Service & Inside Sales (Colorado)
Nic has been in the face to face customer service industry for 15 years now. He has done every job in the restaurant industry including host, server, bar tender, expediter, prep cook, restaurant supervisor, banquet captain, banquet manager, and restaurant assistant manager. Over the years, Nic has become a pretty great food epediter. He has been put in leadership roles throughout his career. In Colorado, Nic has worked for the Golden Hotel, Biscuits and Berries, and The Sink.
Nic is originally from Memphis, where he attended the University of Memphis and received his Bachelors Degree in Communication. In 2010, he decided that Colorado was to be his new home. The scenic views, mountain air, camping, and hiking are what he loves. Happy hour with friends and colleagues is also one of his favorites too.
Robin Bowie - Merging Arizona Territory Specialist (Arizona)
Robin is originally from the east coast but have been living in the Southwest since early 1998. Robin's early work background was as an assistant in the personnel department of a private holding company where she managed employee and retiree benefits. She also worked for several law firms both on the east coast and in Arizona where her daily client interaction and organizational skills made her a valuable asset to those firms.
Robin has been a licensed realtor in the State of Arizona since 2000. Her good listening skills are the key to helping people find whatever it is they are looking for. She believes that building trust with a great rapport is important and is so easy to do when you enjoy getting to know people like she do. In fact, most of Robin's clients have become what she would consider to be life long friends. If Robin does not know the answer, she knows people or will find people who do!
Peter Rauen - Outside Sales & Table Top Specialist (Colorado)
Peter has been in the Foodservice industry for over 40 years. He recently left US Foods after 21 years where he held positions including Supply and Equipment Specialist, Center of the Plate Specialist, Brands Manager, Specialist Manager and Division Chef. Prior to working at US Foods Peter was an Executive Chef in Independent Fine Dining Restaurants, Hotels, and Country Clubs. Peter is a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation, a Certified Culinary Sales Professional through the Culinary Institute of America and a current board member of both the Denver Chapter of the American Culinary Federation and the Colorado Restaurant Association.
Peter has published two children's cookbooks, Storybook Stew and Holiday Storybook Stew. Outside of work Peter enjoys golf, fly fishing, and spending time with his granddaughter.
John Cline - Disposable Wholesale Director (Colorado)
John is a partnered on broker of JMK Sales Co. Agency, which has been around for 22 years. He represents manufactures that service national, regional food chain and distributor accounts for foodservice disposals, packaging and janitorial products.
John is constantly integrating marketing campaigns into distribution channels for all foodservice and Industrial packaging needs. Therefore, he strives to offer the market segment the service and competitive price they deserve.
